Room for 40 plants across 8 tiers — a fuller harvest for families and keen growers. Automated watering, full-spectrum LED lights, and up to 95% less water than soil gardening. Tool-free 15-minute setup. Choose Mechanical Timer or Smart Touchscreen control.
The Ovelium 40-Plant Hydroponic Tower gives your family more room to grow, share, and harvest. Eight tiers hold up to 40 plants — a bigger mix of homegrown favorites — in less than 3 square feet of floor space.
A quiet pump in the base reservoir sends water and nutrients up to the top of the tower. It trickles down past every plant’s roots and collects back in the reservoir — recycling like a fountain. Because roots get water, nutrients, and air in cycles, plants can grow up to 3x faster than in soil.
You don’t run the pump around the clock. A typical schedule is 15 minutes on, 45 minutes off during the day — the timer handles it automatically.
Every tower is made from food-grade, BPA-free polypropylene with thick 2 mm walls that won’t crack, warp, or deform. Each tier is a single solid piece, molded a full 360 degrees for outstanding leak prevention — your floors stay dry. Five smooth-rolling caster wheels let you rotate the tower for even light and easy harvesting.
Eight full-spectrum LED tubes deliver the complete range of light plants need, from seedling to harvest. They run on a timer — a typical schedule is 14 hours on, 10 hours off — so your garden keeps producing through winter.
Mechanical Timer — simple, dependable timer control paired with a 12V pump.
Smart Touchscreen — an upgraded touchscreen controller with a 24V pump for a smoother, more modern experience.
Do I need gardening experience?
No. Set the watering and lighting timers once and the system runs itself. If you can fill a reservoir and drop in seedlings, you can run this tower.
Do seeds or seedlings come included?
No. We recommend starting your own seeds in starter plugs: it’s cheaper, you choose exactly what to grow, and it’s a skill you’ll use for years.
What can I grow?
Leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, kale, arugula), herbs (basil, mint, parsley, cilantro), and fruiting crops like strawberries, peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Root vegetables like carrots and potatoes are not a good fit for tower growing.
How much maintenance does it need?
Weekly: check the water level and keep pH between 5.5 and 6.5. Monthly: check the pump and drip holes. Every few months: wipe down the reservoir. That’s it.
How long until my first harvest?
Leafy greens are typically ready 3–5 weeks after transplanting seedlings into the tower.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Ships from our US warehouse; in-stock orders dispatch in 1–3 business days. 30-day returns on unused, unassembled items in original packaging. 1-year limited warranty on core electrical and mechanical components.
It doesn’t get any fresher than picking dinner steps from your dining table. Set your timers, drop in your seedlings, and watch it grow.
Families and keen growers who want a bigger, more varied harvest — eight tiers hold up to 40 plants, so you can grow salad greens, herbs, and strawberries side by side in under 3 square feet of floor space.
Both versions grow the same 40 plants with the same tower, reservoir, and lights. The Mechanical Timer uses simple manual dials to schedule the pump and LED lights, while the Smart Touchscreen adds a touch display with presets and programmable schedules. Choose Mechanical for the lower price and simplicity, or Touchscreen if you prefer set-and-forget automation.
Less than 3 square feet of floor space — the same compact footprint as the smaller tower. The extra capacity goes vertical across eight tiers instead of outward.
The same range as the rest of the lineup: leafy greens, herbs, strawberries, and dwarf peppers. Skip root vegetables such as carrots and potatoes, and large vining plants — tower pockets suit compact crops.
About 15 minutes with no tools — the sections stack and lock together, then you add water, nutrients, and seedlings.
The closed-loop system recycles up to 95% of its water, so you top up the reservoir instead of watering daily. The pump is a low-wattage unit on a timer; indoor LED lighting is the main electricity cost.
