By purchasing from Ovelium, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Products and Pricing

We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, and prices accurate. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed when payment is authorized. We reserve the right to cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock) and will refund you in full if that happens.

Shipping

Orders ship from our US warehouse and typically dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] or (954) 693 6697 and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Warranty

Ovelium hydroponic towers are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Consumable parts (such as grow plugs and nutrients, if included) are not covered. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the included instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
